And over the past few months, there’s one particular hack that I keep stumbling upon: cottage cheese chips, which promises crunchy crisps in under 30 minutes. I decided to give the one-ingredient (or two, if you add a topping) recipe a try to see if the snack tastes as good as people say. Here’s what happened when I gave it a go.

- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
